Our facility accreditation program features one all-inclusive price. The cost of your initial on-site survey for accreditation of all DMEPOS product categories is covered – at a price you can afford.
- Price for 3-year accreditation and reaccreditation (includes initial on-site survey): $4299*
- Cost of resurvey, if required**: $1199
*Facilities located outside the contiguous United States will be subject to additional travel fees.
**Resurvey is required if your facility changes its physical location and may be required if your facility adds product categories, or if your facility's initial survey report finds deficiencies.
We know facilities are often running on tight schedules – and tight budgets, too. Keeping these demands in mind, we must stress that facility owners and employees are expected to thoroughly prepare for their on-site survey. Once an application is submitted, a facility may be visited at anytime and will need to be in compliance with BOC and CMS standards to become accredited. If a facility requires an additional survey visit due to noncompliance, additional charges may be incurred. Avoid the time and expense of a resurvey by carefully reviewing the BOC and CMS Standards, and feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
