Dear ones, I have loved my 13+ years with the BOC Board, staff, credentialees, and everyone else in the DMEPOS community!
Many of you know that I have five grandchildren, including two pairs of twins, who are all children of my “only child” and his wife. My cup runneth over! In retirement, I look forward to being more involved in their daily lives and helping out where I can. I also am looking forward to a new volunteer opportunity as a Navigator with Hire Autism, a program connected with the Organization for Autism Research. I will be mentoring job-seekers who are on the autism spectrum. I am sure I will learn a lot and hope I can make at least somewhat of a difference. Finally, my husband and I will enjoy the expanded opportunity for travel and other activities.
I am grateful to be concluding my career at BOC feeling very proud of everything we have accomplished together, and I am completely confident in BOC’s strong future!
