BOC Launches New Web Experience
New and improved website aligns with organization’s customer service goals.
OWINGS MILLS, Md. (April 16, 2019) –The Board of Certification/Accreditation (BOC) is proud to unveil a brand-new and improved web experience with the launch of its new website.
BOC’s President & CEO, Claudia Zacharias, MBA, CAE, says the new website reflects the organization’s continued commitment to its innovation and “customer first” values.

The website features easier navigation, streamlined content, videos, modern page design and mobile accessibility. BOC is responsive to customer feedback and aims to address common questions with easy-to-understand video guides providing immediate answers.

Knott notes that more familiar resources, such as “MyBOC” and continuing education information, is also featured and easy to find. Frequently utilized tools, such as survey checklists, accreditation standards and all applications, are now located on one convenient page.
